About me
Entering my 13th year in educational administration and 10th year as a principal, I am a firm believer in the power of distributive leadership and the importance of empowering staff to leverage their strengths in service of collective success. I view school culture as the foundation for meaningful reflection, intentional planning, and the effective implementation of systems that support growth and achievement. In addition to my role as a building principal, I serve as a Principal PLC leader, a guiding team member for the Teaching & Learning Department, and a mentor for new principals in our district.
