Lindsay Henry is the Executive Director of Teaching and Learning for the Tahoma School District in Washington State. She leads district-wide efforts in curriculum, instruction, assessment, professional learning, and program development. With a background in instructional coaching, as well as secondary and elementary teaching, Lindsay focuses on building equitable systems that support all learners and provides coherence across the school system. Her work includes leading MTSS implementation, PLCs, curriculum alignment, and supporting data-driven school improvement.
