About me
Jonathan represents educational agencies in all facets of special education law. After receiving his B.A. in music, Jonathan’s career in education began as a one-to-one aide for students with severe disabilities and for English language learners. He subsequently taught elementary school before obtaining his J.D. from the University of California, Los Angeles School of Law. Jonathan represents public agencies in court and administrative proceedings, including the National School Boards Association as amicus curiae in the seminal U.S. Supreme Court case, Endrew F. v. Douglas County School District.
