About me
Jaimee Kidder (PhD, BCBA, they/them) serves as a Special Education Program Supervisor at the Office of Superintendent of Public Instruction (OSPI) in Washington state, with a focus on inclusionary practices, positive behavior support, and authentic belonging for all students. Their work reflects their enthusiasm and drive to disrupt unjust and ableist beliefs about students with extensive support needs, support educators as they implement best practices, and reimagine school communities as learning spaces that celebrate and meaningfully include all students.
