Dr. Jessica Swain-Bradway is the Executive Director for the Northwest Positive Behavior Interventions and Supports Network (NWPBIS).  She has expertise in organizing social-emotional-behaviors supports and mental health integration at the district, school, and classroom level. In her twenty (20) plus years in education, Dr Swain-Bradway has supported districts all over the country in reducing exclusionary discipline while increasing access and benefits from positive behavioral supports.
