Dr. Hannah Gbenro is a nationally recognized education leader, executive coach, and former Chief Academic Officer with deep expertise in Multi-Tiered Systems of Support (MTSS), project management, and program evaluation. With over 15 years of experience spanning school, district, and higher education leadership, she partners with schools and districts to build sustainable systems that center equity, strengthen adult learning, and accelerate student growth. Dr. Gbenro has served at every level - elementary, middle, high, district. As a consultant, Dr. Gbenro partners with principals, district administrators, and teacher leaders to design MTSS implementation plans that are data-informed, responsive to student need, and aligned to strategic priorities.
