About me
Fran has been in education as a teacher, school administrator, central office administrator, and ESD director for 37 years. She has a passion for equity in education with equitable access to learning for all. In her retirement she plans to continue on this journey. She is an avid outdoor enthusiast and the mother of two amazing adult women.
