Andrea Bowman currently serves as a Regional Implementation Coordinator at Olympic Educational Service District 114, where she partners with district and building leaders to assess their current MTSS design and support action planning for system-wide improvements. Her work centers on building capacity for sustainable, equitable systems that support all learners.
Andrea brings 28 years of experience in education. Prior to her current role, she was the Assistant Director of Student Supports at Central Kitsap School District, overseeing MTSS, PBIS, SEL, McKinney-Vento services, attendance, school counseling programming, and Section 504. She also served in the North Mason School District and Peninsula School District -- combined -- she served for 14 years as a middle school Assistant Principal, 2 years as a Dean of Students, and began her career as a middle school language arts and social studies teacher.
In her personal life, Andrea is the proud mom of an autistic teen and the wife of a law enforcement officer. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, cooking and eating great food, arts and crafts, and a good streaming TV binge.
